After a successful summer debut on the Riviera last year in Cannes, world-renowned luxury hospitality brand Zuma has opened a new location in St. Tropez. Zuma St. Tropez has taken residency within the legendary Hotel Byblos, offering locals and travellers a refined dining experience.

Like all Zuma restaurants, this new outpost resonates with the cultural energy of its locale, interwoven with the Zuma alchemy of music, art and incredible food, whilst offering the brand’s signature twist on the traditional Japanese Izakaya style.

“The location, along with the hotel’s reputation as the most iconic and dynamic in the area, perfectly reflects Zuma’s ethos,” says Co-Founder Rainer Becker. “St. Tropez was a natural choice for Zuma’s next outpost on the Riviera. It’s a destination with the lively spirit we’re drawn to, and we’re excited to bring our concept to a town that pays homage to our discerning clientele.”

Zuma’s globally celebrated Izakaya concept brings a refined yet approachable dining experience to a fully outdoor restaurant, open for dinner every night throughout the summer. The restaurant's design features a striking curved bamboo bar and bespoke Japanese tiles, set in a magical garden, creating a sophisticated dining experience under the stars. With three distinct kitchens - featuring a main kitchen, sushi counter, and robata grill - the restaurant masterfully combines traditional Japanese dishes with contemporary flavours. The elevated sharing-style menu is complemented by an award-winning beverage menu, offering signature cocktails, as well as an extensive selection of fine wines and premium sake.
