The three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay has launched an exquisite new lunch menu, thoughtfully curated with the finest seasonal summer ingredients, marking an exciting new chapter for one of the UK’s most celebrated dining destinations. The new menu, designed by Chef de Cuisine, Kim Ratcharoen, is a celebration of her favourite dishes from her tenure at the renowned establishment.

Chef Kim and her team have reimagined classic French cuisine with extraordinary finesse. Highlights include the signature Roast Chicken, an intricate, yet simple dish that featured on one of the first menus from Chef Kim’s time in the brigade, and takes over seven hours to prepare. Guests can also savour the vibrant Tomato Tart artfully paired with peach, black olive, smoked stracciatella and the finest Isle of Wight tomatoes. For her personal favourite course - fish – Chef Kim presents a delicate interpretation of Cornish Cod, complemented by this season’s finest Jersey Royals.
The menu is perfect for weekday guests looking for a shorter format lunch but still wanting an unmatched, refined dining experience. The menu offers three courses, featuring two choices per course for an incredible £125pp. Guests can add wine pairings for each course for £50.
Rooted in the philosophy of seasonality, each dish showcases the finest produce from around the country, carefully selected and crafted to highlight natural flavours. With ingredients sourced from the highest quality suppliers, including Isle of Wight Tomatoes, Cornish Cod and Scallops from the Isle of Skye.
To finish, guests have the difficult decision of choosing from the Mille-Feuille with wild strawberries or the irresistible Marco Polo chocolate dessert.
