There are a number of impressive hotel branded residences arriving in London from the Dorchester Collection's first ever branded residences Mayfair Park Residences, and the Mandarin Oriental's second London scheme - The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London. Meanwhile internationally the Waldorf Astoria New York is undergoing an extensive renovation which will see The Towers of the Waldorf Astoria be converted from hotel rooms to 375 condos. Mayfair Park Residences will be the first-ever Dorchester Collection branded residences. Situated behind two listed facades and a modern counterpart of a London terrace, these Georgian townhouses have been contemporised by Mayfair based super-prime developers Clivedale London for today's HNW buyer.

As a result, the Waldorf Astoria will see a number of key heritage spaces returned to the original 1931 design.
