Le Gavroche's selection of gifts for the true epicurean

For those of you who are at a loss when buying presents for friends who are true epicureans there is no better place to look than Le Gavroche's very own E-Shop. We all know you can, of course, order Michelin-starred food to try at home but there are many other treats to gift friends which are even more exclusive and will become a cherished keepsake.

These include a limited edition Le Gavroche Little Bird Gin, which was created for the restaurant’s 50th anniversary in 2017, and was thought to have been sold out, and did you know that the 30th anniversary of Le Gavroche was marked by a special edition Armagnac, and a few of these bottles are available too.

Wine & Champagne

Le Gavroche’s Michel Roux Jr labelled, red and white wines at £28.50 a bottle or a set of three (including rose) for a very special price of £85.50; ‘Selection Albert Roux’ Grand Crus Champagnes – Blanc de Blanc and Rose at £55.50 a bottle - are offered too, and there’s a lovely boxed set with two engraved champagne glasses for £120.

Recipe Books

The Books include a Collection of five of Michel’s cookbooks, all signed, for a sale price of £110.00, or you can buy the signed books individually.

Little Bird Gin

Michel Roux Jr. fell in love with Little Bird Gin at first taste. So he commissioned the Peckham-based distillery to to create a bespoke gin for him to celebrate 50 years of Le Gavroche in 2017.

Little Bird took their much-loved London Dry Gin – fashioned using ten botanicals including tangy pink grapefruit, juniper berries, fiery ginger, lemon zest and orange peel – and added a healthy dose of lavender, instantly imparting a very Provençal feel.

They also gave their label pin-up, Miss Ginger, a Moulin Rouge showgirl makeover, transforming her into Mademoiselle Gingembre.

Signed bottles are priced at £48.50.

30th Anniversary Armagnac

In 1997, a very special Armagnac was bottled to celebrate Le Gavroche’s 30th birthday, and just a few bottles of the exceptional Bas Armagnac 1967 Castarede have been hunted down, at £190.00 each.
