Launched in February 2024, Mistress of Mayfair is championed by Said Bayoumy, who is a seasoned operations and business development expert with over two decades of experience in world-class hospitality venues across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Said has held senior roles at some of the most recognisable luxury brands in hospitality—from Park Chinois and MNKY HSE to Cipriani, Bagatelle, Sumosan, and five-star hotel groups including Four Seasons, Fairmont, St. Regis, and The Set Group.
The menu features classic French dishes reimagined with a modern Mayfair twist, including standout selections like Sea Bass Dugléré, seared diver scallops with chicken jus, and grilled poussin with lemon pepper jus. Smaller plates include oysters served either ‘classique’ or ‘nouveau,’ Sturia Oscietra caviar with blinis, steak tartare, and a decadent lobster roll with lemon truffle hollandaise.
