Chelsea Funhouse to open Jolie Jardin in Chelsea

Lollipop have announced the opening of Jolie Jardin in Chelsea, a 40 cover outdoor garden restaurant and bar adjacent to their flagship venue Chelsea Funhouse.

In affiliation with leading French champagne house, Piper Heidsieck, Jolie Jardin will serve up Jolie’s French sharing plates, a Piper spritz menu and is decorated with flamingos for guests to interact with.

All drinks, like the food, are inspired by different regions of France and include:

The Flamingo (Lillet Blanc, Orange Blossom, Soda, Piper champagne)

Chelsea Berrylicious (Campari, Strawberry cordial, Soda, Piper champagne)

When Life Gives You Lemons (Butter washed Lillet Blanc, Absolut Citron, Soda, Piper champagne)

Herbs and Flowers (Yellow Chartreuse, Creme de Violette, Soda, Piper champagne)

Food will be served by their restaurant Jolie, which was dubbed the “…the new place to be” by Sunday Times when it opened in 2020 post Lockdown 1.0. Customers can also enjoy “Le Formidable Brunch” any day of the week with bottomless bubbles straight from their infamous champagne spitting unicorn.

Bookings are now open from April 12th.
