BAMBUDDHA’S ‘Miso Hungry’ feast for Ibiza's final fling
As Ibiza eases into the final weeks of the season and closing parties are being planned, the legendary Bambuddha invites guests to settle in for its beloved “Miso Hungry”, an indulgent mid-week feast showcasing the restaurant’s most-loved MediterrAsian dishes.

Available every Wednesday throughout September and October, the €48-per-person menu encourages long dinners, sharing and the kind of after-dark spontaneity Bambuddha does best.
Guests can order freely from a selection of signature dishes inspired by flavours from across the ancient Spice Route, from Spain and Southeast Asia through to Japan. The feast begins with the fragrant Tom Kha, available with tofu, chicken or prawns, alongside Wok Seared Vegetables, before moving on to cold plates including a Spicy Beef Salad or a Green Papaya Salad.
Dim sum favourites include Angus Beef Gyozas with pineapple, basil & chilli as well as Crispy Truffle Dumplingswith shiitake, pumpkin & bok choy. The uramaki selection ranges from the colourful Flowers & Herbs of Ibiza to the King California made with Alaskan king crab, avocado, orange tobiko & Jamaican pepper.
From the grill come the Moroccan Lamb skewers with raita & corn tortillas, alongside Sticky Spare Ribs, slow-cooked and glazed with ginger, garlic & Japanese onion. The menu also features Malaysian Scallops in an aromatic curry sauce with aji Amarillo mayonnaise, aromatic panko & ito togarashi, followed by Salmon Kyūbu Teriyaki, glazed salmon with homemade teriyaki sauce. Other highlights include Indonesian Laksa, Thai Green Chicken Curry, Chicken Pad Thai and Prawn Wok-Fired Aromatic Rice.
For an extra €8, diners may indulge in Mango Crème Brûlee infused with kaffir lime, ginger & lemongrass or a Coconut Milk Foam with dulce de leche, banana, Oreo crumbs & peanuts. Alternatively, there’s Chocolate Lust: chocolate mousse with crunchy hazelnut, bourbon cream & coffee sponge.

Founded in 1999 by John Moon, Bambuddha has become one of Ibiza’s most enduring institutions, a lush, theatrical temple of food, music and atmosphere. Today, under the direction of his son JonJon Moon, the restaurant continues to draw an international crowd to its candlelit bamboo gardens, seductive Tantra Bar and high-energy late-night soundtrack.
