Within the abundant grounds of the estate sits the Atzaró Vegetable Garden, which opened in the summer of 2019 for Atzaro’s 15th Anniversary. The magnificent 3-hectare garden features Olive and Cypress tree-lined walkways, wooden arches and pergolas strewn with tumbling vegetables and beautiful romantic sitting areas. Its organic produce supplies all of the Atzaró Group’s restaurants with fresh seasonal vegetables, fruits and herbs and is the basis to the group’s authentic food ethos. The spacious open-air finca restaurants ‘La Veranda’ and the ‘Orange Tree’ serve delicious, healthy and seasonal ‘farm to fork’ food.
