VIP Event Launches Art & Culture Platform's Collaboration with Acclaimed Graffiti Artist, KEO XMEN

The leading lights of the UK music, art and culture scene descend on London’s Mayfair for the launch of revolutionary showcase Love Watts Presents KEO XMEN.

Marking the first physical space for groundbreaking creator, curator and collector Jordan Watson, whose digital arts and culture platform has nearly four million followers - Rihanna, Gigi Hadid, Dua Lipa and Issey Miyake among them - guests were treated to a first view of a carefully curated selection of new works by an artist who was such an integral part of the 1980s graffiti street art movement.

For what started as his personal collection of artwork images - mass market and niche, experimental and traditional - has since become a cultural phenomenon, reshaping the way we perceive and engage with art in the digital age. Small wonder that is has attracted some four million followers, Rihanna, Gigi Hadid and Dua Lipa among them.

Now with this new physical space, Love Watts is not only continuing to push the boundaries of creativity, but propel up and coming artists to stardom, drive art sales and foster fruitful brand collaborations.

And who better to partner with for Love Watts first physical showcase than KEO XMEN whose enduring legacy began during the iconic New York City graffiti scene of the 1980s.

KEO XMEN’s genius has breathed life into logos and album covers for hip-hop giants like Kool Keith, Inspectah Deck of the Wu-Tang Clan and EPMD, while his designs have adorned products and installations for global giants such as Nike, Adidas, Harley Davidson and Warner Brothers.

His work has gained recognition and appreciation in recent years and as interest in street art and graffiti continues to grow, so it becomes increasingly challenging to acquire his original pieces.

The event was hosted in partnership with Resy/Dency, while the music was created by Tobia Iriah and Karim Newton from Co-Nectar Collective. Drinks were provided by Ace+Freak and Mijenta Tequila. Complimentary inks by brilliant tattoo artist Marcus Lurks thrilled attendees.

Jordan and KEO XMEN were both in attendance along with DJs like Melle Brown, JJ and SWEETESTCAPE and producer, songwriter, musician and Adele collaborator Fraser T Smith. Post the launch, guests partied the night away at Downstairs at Chotto Matte in Soho.

Love Watts Presents KEO XMEN will be available to view for an initial period of three weeks, by invitation and appointment only. Woodbury House, the street art specialist gallery located in Mayfair, will be the exclusive partner for the global distribution of works from the collaboration.
