Building on the success of Nextbase's 512GW camera, the 522GW features an improved Intelligent Parking Mode and now comes complete with Bluetooth 4.2 Low Energy technology, which allows footage to be downloaded instantly to your smartphone and shared instantly to social media via built-in Wi-Fi. This model also includes Nextbase's new Emergency SOS feature, which alerts the emergency services to a driver's location if he/she is unresponsive after a series incident.
The 522GW is also the first Dash Cam to come complete with Alexa built-in, allowing drivers to play music, hear the news, check the weather and more, all without taking their hands off the wheel. Through Alexa Skills, drivers can also talk directly to their Dash Cam, instructing it with commands such as 'start recording' or 'take a photo', for seamless hands-free control.
In addition, there are modules that can be attached to the 522GW Dash Cam for a tailored system, unique to your needs. A Rear Cam (cabin view) and Rear-Facing Cam allow for drivers to customise the Dash Cam setup in their vehicles.
