NoMad London - Opening in Covent Garden, February 2021

The USA based NoMad brand enters London market with a stunning redevelopment in Covent Garden.

The hotel is the first international outpost for The NoMad Hotel brand and draws inspiration from its storied building. Formerly the Bow Street Magistrates Court, the 19th century police station in Covent Garden is located opposite the Royal Opera House. With 91 keys, the property will offer a culture of gracious hospitality combined with understated elegance and comfort.

The food offering will be under the guidance of talented chef Ian Coogan. Born and raised in New York City to a Mexican mother and Australian father, his career is rooted in exposure to cuisines from around the world. The dining options at the NoMad will include an all-day dining space that will be housed in the light-filled atrium and Side Hustle which will serve a shared-plates menu inspired by his Mexican heritage and lifelong travels.

The interiors depict a refined Bohemian style, reflecting the origins of the building combining the flavours and colours native to Mexico. The Library is a place for guests to unwind, offering respite from the city any time of day, serving coffee, snacks, or even a carafe of wine.
