Mozambique Escape at the all-new Azura Marlin Beach

Azura Retreats have unveiled their newly renovated hotel, located on Benguerra Island in awe-inspiring, Mozambique.

Azura Retreats worked with the existing infrastructure to redevelop Marlin Beach into a new luxury five-star boutique hotel. The refurbishment includes 10 private villas, which are decorated in pops of bright blue, shabby-chic wooden furnishings and woven rugs. Each comes with a canopied king-size bed (or twin beds), air-con, mini bar and spacious deck with a comfortable sitting area and outdoor shower.

The grandest is Villa Vista, which is ideal for families with two en-suite bathrooms, an indoor entertainment area with a bar and a lovely private pool. Down on the beach, each villa also has a rustic sala to soak up the views. There is also a new front of house, water sports and spa facilities with dedicated areas to both and the main pool area will receive a refresh. The final completed hotel will have 20 rooms and over 50 beds. Prices start from £540 per person per night.
