Indulge at home with talented chef Andy Bowler

With the current craze of enjoying Michelin-starred food at home in the form of cook-at-home kits we thought it was time for you to Indulge!

Indulge is a fine dining meal-kit delivery service in which everything comes pre-prepped and cooked, all you need to do is follow the instructions and photos provided to heat the meal up and then plate it like a pro.

Everything comes carefully packaged and with specific instructions, making it easy to recreate a restaurant-quality meal at home.

Andy has spent his career working in some of London’s best Michelin-Star restaurants. He started his career working for Michael Roux Jnr training in modern French cuisine. He then spent 5 years working for Simon Rogan in two of his London restaurants – Fera at Claridges and Roganic. Shortly after joining Rogan’s team he was promoted to Sous Chef. His most recent role was Sous Chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Petrus.

Andy began working on the concept of relaxed fine-dining at home and created Indulge which combines his love of modern British cooking with French classical techniques. He uses what he has learnt throughout his career in Michelin-starred restaurants to bring you relaxed fine-dining at home.

"People are always looking for new and exciting ways to celebrate special occasions, and the option

of having fine-dining delivered to your door is a real game-changer" says Andy.

Not ones to miss out we opted in to sample the Mother's Day Menu. This was a festive treat of wild garlic, aged parmesan and King oyster mushroom soup, followed by a succulent lamb shoulder with white asparagus and finally, a mouth-watering blood orange, vanilla and mint dessert. The menu does exactly what is says on the tin! Our home-cooked meal made us look like true Michelin chefs. Each dish was easy to prepare/heat and had all the accompaniments to present and plate each dish in true Michelin style.

No detail is spared to create a stunning meal at home and a selection of fine wines has also been

paired with the menu which can easily be purchased on the Indulge Dining website as well. The menu

changes weekly and orders must be placed before 9pm on Tuesday for deliveries that weekend.
