One of their newest designs SOLITAIRE is a tribute to the ancient Greek belief that diamonds are fragments of fallen stars, takes its name from the revolutionary prong setting invented by the house of Tiffany in 1886.

Like its namesake, the new Solitaire cabinet knob fascinates, allowing a pool of light to flood through and refract, creating an almost hypnotic hall of mirrors effect from certain angles. Its silhouette is shown off to its best advantage, with the emphasis shifted from the top surface of the knob to reveal the sleek lines of its side perspective.

Solitaire cabinetry jewels are made setting cristalle glass around a bronze piece that acts in place of the central gemstone. The concept is at its most precious in gold finishes, but can also be ordered in nickel or antique bronze. A sister design featuring a square bronze element completes the new collection. Combining cristalle glass and bronze elements is a specialist savoir-faire developed at Haute Déco’s atelier workshop in Hampshire, where the company is proud to have championed the label “Made in Britain” since 1998.
