Bamford London introduces two new timepieces to extend the colour options that are currently available in the GMT Collection.
Designed to show the time in two different time zones simultaneously, the GMT was originally
developed as a navigation instrument for professionals crossing the globe. Bamford London had requests from clients for such a piece, and added their version of the GMT to meet their clients demands.
George Bamford, Founder of Bamford Watch Department comments, “At Bamford London we have long been inspired by watches of the past and it is for this reason that we have been inspired to create a “Heritage” collection to add to our existing range. The new timepieces have been inspired by the familiar colour schemes from some of the most iconic classic of the past “.
The two new timepieces include the Bamford GMT Mirage grain steel dial and The Heritage Night Owl with a red and blue bezel.
The Bamford London GMT has a fully automatic mechanical Swiss movement. The self-winding Sellita SW330-1 movement has a 42 hour power reserve, and quick-set date function. The stainless steel case is 40mm.
The timepiece has the additional benefit of being water resistant to 100m / 10ATM and, as the name suggests, a 24-hour GMT hand function with internal rotating bezel, indicates a separate time zone.
