Artisanal food supplier Le Marché des Chefs offers fine dining hampers

Bringing a wealth of experience, Le Marché des Chefs has been supplying London’s top restaurants for 20 years. With a specialty in sourcing the best artisanal products from small suppliers in the UK and France, the brand has been able to offer restaurants – and now consumers – the very best and sometimes, incredibly hard to find ingredients.

Le Marche des Chefs

As a restaurant supplier, LMDC normally supply over 20 Michelin-starred restaurants who have over 30 stars between them and boasts clients such as Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, HIDE, Hélène Darroze, The Ritz, Rules, Portland and Sabor; all of whom receive regular exceptional meat, fruit, vegetables and dry goods deliveries.

Three Michelin Starred, Jean-Philippe Blondet, Executive Chef at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester says, “Le Marché des Chefs is a fantastic supplier, I love to work with them as they source the finest quality and seasonal ingredients a chef can dream of. I am thankful of the relationship we have built over the years.”

Now London consumers can receive the same high-end, fantastic produce directly – previously only available to restauranteurs.

With four delicious varieties of hampers on offer – Gourmet Hamper, Mini Gourmet Hamper, Pescatarian Hamper & Vegetarian Hamper – the produce changes weekly, depending what is at its absolute best seasonally. You can either pick from one of four or build your own. With a wonderful selection of seasonal foods ranging from Ceps and fresh Dorset clams to red kale or Himalayan salt aged beef, there is always a tempting range of fine dining produce on offer.

Each hamper includes a full list of the ingredients, with a brief description of the product and the best way to prepare it. Plus, a recipe from Michelin Starred chef Ollie Dabbous of HIDE fame, based on one or more of the ingredients in each hamper.

Ollie says, “Le Marché Des Chefs has always been a go-to supplier for HIDE. It's great to see that homes across London now have access to the very best ingredients that previously were only ever available to restaurants.”

With Christmas fast approaching, LMDC will also be stocking an exciting range of festive food items. From incredible turkeys & capons which are produced in France and served to the French president, to their famed dry aged beef LMDC has all bases covered. Expect to find Brussel sprouts, smoked salmon and everything in between. Alongside Christmas produce, the brand will also be launching foodie gifts and hampers for those with discerning foodie friends and family.

Prices range from £35 for the vegetarian hamper for two to £70 for the gourmet hamper. Orders close on the Tuesday at midday and free delivery is on the Thursday or Friday, anywhere within the M25.
